As a trusted group of professionals, our goal is to provide top-quality neurodiagnostic testing at your convenience with accurate and prompt results given to both the patient and the requesting physician.

As a fully staffed ambulatory company, we provide on-site testing with all of our own equipment and supplies. Since our staff is fully trained on many types of neurodiagnostic equipment, we can also utilize any equipment you may have in-house if that is preferred. This flexibility allows us to provide our services in whatever way is most convenient. Our technologists are skilled in providing a quality examination while making the patient feel comfortable and relaxed. Every staff member on our team is carefully screened and must pass extensive background and reference checks.

Innovative Healthcare Services is led by CEO and co-founder Lena Caroselli who has over 21 years of experience in the allied health industry. Lena specializes in pediatric and adult clinical research and is a registered Neurophysiology Technologist. She is ABRET Board Certified and obtained her graduate degree from the School of Clinical Neurophysiology at Crozer Chester Medical Center.
